Dear Authority, Order no.: S[protected]MI power bank; 10400 mAh) dated 06 Feb 2015 Payment details: Paid on 06 Feb 2015 by debit card I did not receive my ordered product till date, which was ordered on 06 Feb 2015 and payment has also been paid on the same date. Moreover not even any notification regarding the dispatching the same have been intimated till date. Already 19 days have been passed after ordering, as you have mentioned dispatching the product within 08 to 10 business day, there is no any movement I have been notified from your side. I have mailed twice for the requesting the same for delivery but no any reply I have received for the same. Moreover I have contacted your customer care no. but they did not receive my call at all. I request you to please deliver my ordered product or else refund my amount as soon as possible.
