[Resolved] Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail — Defective products received.. Reshipped the product but not received replacement or money in return | |||||
I had ordered lg tone head set and mi power bank from this site vide order number s[protected], however, i received defective product. I tried calling the customer support number but no body responded. After several emails, i received a reply to re ship the product within 3 days. I re shipped the product on emergency basis spending my hard earned money. They confirmed that they have received the product and would be reshipping me a replacement. Till date i have not received the replacement and just getting a fake courier number which i confirmed from the courier company and they confirmed its a wrong number. Please get me my money returned and take action to block this site since its cheating customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
