I have purchased two sets of power bank @ rs. 699 of mi brand in the month of sep 2017 but the power bank delivered to me is totally unserviceable and of no company name. Secondly, i have so many correspondence to your mail id [protected]@whaaky.com but till today no refund has been made. Kindly arrange to collect the items and refund my amount. Verified Support Oct 11, 2017 Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail Customer Care's response Dear Mithlesh Kumar Singh, We are here to assist you better. As per our records, the order number S[protected], S[protected]is canceled due to failure in your transaction. The amount is not captured by us. The Bank will credit the amount by default and it will be reflected in your account within 5-7 working days. In the meanwhile, we can provide you with an option where you can convert your order to cash on delivery basis. You have to pay Rs 100 extra as cash handling charges and your order will stand confirmed. Kindly confirm the same so that we can make the necessary changes. Thanks Regards Team whaaky
