And this is my order no and shipment no, i have received an faulty product from you. wanted you to take it back other vice i am going to lodge a complaint against you it was really embarrassing that you guys are making fool of common peoples, i am trying to reach you on your telephone no their was no call response, is this way to face the customer. i want to take some action on this product otherwise i am going to take this to next level.
