I ordered a sony power bank which having consignment no. Is s80901844 on 27.08.2015 but till date i have not receive consignment. Further, it is also intimated whenever i want to contact using phone given their they not received.in this matter i earlier complaint but till date i hav'nt receive my order as well as my 500 rs.. Please sir give me direction how to file case on consumer forum...
