I had returned a faulty powerbank that i purchased on whaaky website on 19th april, 2017 (Order number - s[protected] for an amount of inr 1149. I was informed that i can expect the refund by 26th sep, 2017. However, i have been emailing the whaaky support email address but what i get in return is only a new date. I have been waiting for over 9 months to get my refund. I feel like i am being cheated and hence having to resort to this complaint forum. Can you please help me get the refund? Thanks!
