[Resolved] Whaaky.com / Way2Online Retail — refund of shirts ordered

I have ordered shirts from whaaky.com on 16th sept 2017, but due to size issue i had to send it back and asked for the refund i. E. 1149 rs including the courier charges that i spent to send them. They told me that i'll get refund by 30th november, i called few days back and they assured me to repay on or before 29th november. I have mailed many times and all the time only one reply they gave and all the time when i called customer care they give me excuse that their vendor is not giving them the money so they cannot transfer money to me. So after that they told me to give money by 30th december, but still i haven't got it. It's been 3 months and i haven't got my rupees. So please help me out with this.

I had purchased Jean worth Rs.1200 and returned it since the quality was terrible and they had assured refund within 3months but it has been 5months be they have not given the refund. Pls never buy anything from this site, they are absolutely fraud.
