Whaaky delivered me the package with power bank & bluetooth was damaged, the bluetooth was not working properly, the voice cannot be heard clearly by other side, the wire of the power bank was damaged, there were several scratches on the body of the power bank, the manual was missing inside. It seems it was used earlier. As per their suggestion i've sent the item for replacement at my own cost to delhi through india postal speed post on 2nd aug & on 5th aug when it was attempted to deliver whaaky refused to accept. The tracking no. Ew[protected]in. Now it will be returned back to me. They should pay my speed post fees & collect the product from me if returned. Else with all proof i'll go for legal action. I've received a reply. But they are misleading the customer. They has written that they have received the product today and will replace the product but as per India post tracking details they refused to receive the product on 5th Aug and today on 11th Aug it is returned to Kolkata airport.
I found my order defect i want refund or return of the product help me
