Whaaky.com — Wrong product received and not providing replacement or money

I have booked 3 Shirt from whaaky and the shirt + colour is selected by me and according that I have make payment, when we recd. the courier shirt quality is good, but not the product(Colour of shirt ) which we have order, so I have email to whaaky with all the order details. They have communicate via email "that we will check and update", but almost 15+ days completed but no feedback from whaaky and every day chasing for the same, but no update.

Very bad service and support from Whaaky and don't buy from whaaky because of this only.
