I placed an order online on 11/06/16 at www.whaaky.com for 2 mini bluetooth. my order no - s[protected] was confirmed. i received it on 16/06/16 through ecom-courier. but one of my product was having a poor quality of sound which was reported to the customer contact through mail on 17/06/16. later it was also not charging-up from next day onwards, which was also reported to the customer contact through mail only as they were not reachable over phone. no one picks after the ivrs. they asked me to send the images of the package and the product on 18/06/16, which i sent on the same day. after this there was no reply from them till today-30/06/16. i have been sending mails every alternate days enquiring the process to replace my defective product.
