Whaaky.com — Defected product and other orders not shipped after even 15 days

I have placed below mentioned order nos. on 20/08/15, which have not been shipped yet also i'm trying to reach at your customer care number but not getting any response even i have sent mail at [protected]@whaaky.com but still not response, so it is really surprising that if we have paid the money then the orders have not been shipped but if some one is placing order on COD they are getting their products because company has to collect he money, in spite of above i have received my one order of Power bank which is defected but there is no one to listen for that as well Order No. 1. S80891977 2. S80891994 3. S80892061 so i think either they should close the website or work in proper way and deliver the product actual products on time.
