Updated by Yadava rao I have updated complaint to them on their mail id [protected]@whaaky.com once I have checked the parcel i.e on 7th Sep 2014 following with a reminder mail on 8th Sept 2014, but there no reply from their end till date.

Updated by Yadava rao Hi Team, Whaaky seems to be very annoying online purchase experience. I sent them the defective back, after 15 days they sent me alternative parcel of items. Which was couriered through World First couriers (BA8002433). This was sent back saying that my mobile was not reachable. I had my mobile problem for two days, as am under roaming circle.
I have requested them to resend the items, through many follow up mails. But in vein whaaky is responding to my requests. Please help me through this.
