Sir / Madam, I have purchased a product (Order I'd: S[protected] on Thu, Dec 11, 2014 at 10:32 AM in your website. I paid Rs.1099 to your account through debit card. The pin code which I entered (628001) was accepted by your team... At first the status was "preparing to ship" for more than 10 working days. After that, now the status is non serviceable. So, Refund the amount immediately to my account or send the product through parcel. I have made a request through [protected]@whaaky.com but still now no response.. Many online purchasing i made through flipkart and snapdeal, all are satisfied to me. But I suffered a lot mentally and financially about this online purchasing.
