Dear Team Its not illegal but depending on the use it could be considered shady. For call centers it should be an accepted practice to avoid angry callers from taking their revenge out on the person who answered. However, if you are running a one man show hosting operation and use different names for answering tickets to make it appear as if there are a lot of people employed by your company, I would consider that to be very shady. __________________ Why do they call them fingers? I never seen them fing. Oh, there they go. I am fed up of the process. I made my payment immediately for a big sum trusting Whaaky . Apparently the seller had the item ready for shipment. Snap deal has infrastructure issues with its courier partners. Fine. But in this case why is my refund not being processed immediately as well? Rather than trying to solve the issue, the support staff seems to be only interested in delaying tactics. For a person like me 999 is a huge amount. I'd be the first person to tell my friends to not trust Whaaky with their hard earned money after this. I just don't understand how a supposedly respected international group can let things come to such pass. From the forum discussions it seems Whaaky India is least concerned about its buyers or sellers. Do not want to do even a small amount of extra work and just get its fees.
