Whaaky.com — No response about the return of my product

Sir I had order a set of 10 tshirts and my order no is S80727774 but then i was delivered the product there was only 5 t shirts and 5 selves which was totally differnt from what i had ordered and it's size was aslo low and the quality was also poor quality then i return the poduct to the given aadress by whakky and in return they will give me 100rs recharge in my mobile account, but there is no response from there side they have not even Rpledd tto my mail so plz help me out of this sir
