Whaaky.com — NON DELIVERY OF MY PRODUCT | |||
I ordered a 5 Polo T shirt and 2 Mi headphone dated on 27.05.15 but till now i not receive any product from whaaky side. I tried to their customer care no. They simply response two times as sorry sir, we are received over order so we deliver within 24 hours second time they said and promised to me refund my money incase of fail in delivery. Daily i send mail to [protected]@twhaaky.com but they replied all the times as follows "Dear Customer, We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Due to over whelming response of the product we are dispatching consignments on a daily basis. Kindly bear with us. Our phone lines might be busy as we are attending to other customers in-case your running short on time we request you to drop an email at [protected]@whaaky.com, we are sure to respond within 24hrs." I don't know what they given service to me. I totally depressed due to this order and follow up regularly. Was this information helpful? | |||
