[Resolved]  Whaaky.com — ordered casual shirt (shirt size ordered 38,received M size which is not suitable)

with reference to order no S80658019 i received the product on 19 Nov 14, but unfortunately the size i received is not what i have ordered, instead of size 38, i received was a M(medium) sized casual shirt which is not suiting my need. Again the quality of the shirt was very poor and is completely different from the illustration on their website. I have send them a detailed mail explaining my problem, But the response received was like this "Dear Customer, We would be definitely happy to assist you. We would like to inform you that the complete product has been delivered after a series of quality & quantity check. Hence complaint cannot be applicable for the same. Thanks & Regards, Whaaky Team."
