Whaaky.com — payment accepted but order not shipped

Company acepted the payment through proper channel but now reasons said that it is not shippable at location provided. As lats of mail done but poor reply by them... now on my request order should cancell and refund should get... but it also not done by them... order no is S80791276. Please do the needful Regards.
