Whaaky.com — wrong product received

I had ordered a 20800 mAh xiaomi m1power bank from whaaky.com. When I received the product, it was only 10400 mAh with a sticker of 20800 mAh on it. This is how they are cheating the customers And they took the full amount. Now when I tried to contact the customer care, they are not even answering the phone or email. Kindly suggest what can be done in such case. I have attached the photos for your reference. If you check the product size, it is of 10400 and not of 20800.
