I bought an mi powerbank 10, 000 mAh capacity from whacky and they delivered a faulty product. This incident happened under their scheme of buy 2 powerbanks for Rs 1200/- Upon pluggig the phone to the power bank, the power bank would discharge in less than 20 mins not even charging a completely discharged phone to 20% Upon request for replacement / reimbursement they asked me to upload photographs and after that broke all means of communication, they just did not respond.
