Kindly immediately action this email To whaaky Reference:-1) your mail dtd.01 mar 2018 (11:54:52). 2) your mail dtd.08 mar 2018 (12:15:09) I am again and again send mail you for as per your email dtd.01.03.2018 my self shipment received you for replacement and your replacement policy is the dispatching the product to me within 7 to 10 business days but so till date (13.03.2018) today over 3-4 days. Till date (13.03.2018) today i have no received my consignment. Where had gone to my consignment. So, when recive me my consignment. So, please informed me. I have also informed you today or tomorrow i have no receive my consignment i will be going to consumer court. So, please send me my consignment. As per your email dtd. 01.03.2018 you have informed me that you have received the my self-shipment that me shipped across to you for replacement. On the basis of my complaint, you would be dispatching the replacemnt to me within 7 to 10 business days. But till date today i have no received my consignment. And then again as per your email dtd. 08.03.2018 you have informed me that you do understand my concern as the delay from the vendor side you apologise that the product will be reshipped as earliest and the consignment details will be shared with me.
