[Resolved] Wham Mobile — Bought YU Yunique 8GB Mobile - Not able to Switch it ON/Lock/Restart | |||||
I bought this mobile in Subject from this Seller in SnapDeal but the product they sent is scrap piece, Its not switching ON, what is the use of having a mobile which is not switching ON, I opened the back cover and i can see some kind of scratch between power touch point and Vol Up button. Why the hell this guys are running a business, To Cheat..?? and snapdeal on the other hand not willing to take the phone they are asking to go to service center, But service center clearly told me this phone is not switching ON if we open it and found big fault, snapdeal won't do replacement neither they will so better get a new piece from snap deal.. Now problem is even if i get a replacement they would take it from Wham Seller .. Was this information helpful? | |||||
