[Resolved]  Wickedleak org — Sold Faulty mobile phone

I Bought a mobile phone called "Wammy Titan Octa 3" from "Wickedleak.org" on April, 2014. They said that this phone is having a "1 Yr Manufacturer Warranty" Earlier i was facing hanging problem with this mobile. I sent it to their service center situated in Mumbai in my expense. Without telling anything they returned it back to me. They sent a mail that the mobile is repaired and it is working fine. But it was not so. Again it was making lot of troubles. Still, I used it for some period of time. Now the mobile is totally dead. I sent a number of mails to them. But I am not getting any reply from them. Mobile cost 15000 + Shipment 500 + Courier charge for sending again for service 500. Total = 16000 Please take necessary actions so that i can get my money back.
