I, BR Kokane, bought Ekvira tower fan, regular from the stall in Sakal exhibition in Pune, on Saturday, 18 Apr 2015. At the time of purchase, I was informed at the counter that the tower fan is AC and reduces the temperature of the room without using any water and does not increase humidity of the room. Also, the fan will not produce excessive sound.We could not confirm these facts in the stall, because the whole exhibition was in air conditioned premises and lot of ambient noise was there. After bringing home the product, we found that the fan makes excessive noise and we cannot use such noisy fan and sleep at the same time. All other noises get immersed in the sound of the fan. It is very irritating. On 19 Apr 2015, we tried to contact the stall vendors but in vain due to Sunday. On Monday, 20 Apr 2015, we were able to contact on telephone and requested them for return of the equipment and refund. But we have been refused. We feel cheated of Rs 3500 we paid for the fan and request you to help us return the fan and get the return from the supplier.
