Dear Sir / Madam,
I have order Jacket form Wildcraft website online on 17th July 2022.
I received delivery on 21st July 2022 but in that accessories of caring bag was missing.
Raise the complain with custom care of wildcraft team # 1089216.
After two week of follow up on 9th August i got mail conformation about that visit the wildcraft store with invoice copy.
According to mail confirmation on 11th August 2022 I have visit Seawood wildcraft store but that it was under renovation and was ask to visit other store.
So on the same day i.e. on 11th August 2022 i visited R city mall Wildcraft store but they refuse to give even after showing Invoice copy and mail confirmation since they do not have extra that can be handed over to me.
I call the custom support department and Invoice them about issue but they didn't had any solution and they need more 48 hours to resolve the issue.
I ask if they cannot give my missing Item they give me the refund and arrange the reverse pick up but they also they refuse.
Appreciate your help on this issue.
