I have ordered 2 jackets on 2/6/23. It was supposed to be delivered by 6th June. One item got delivered on 5th June and the other item got delayed. I have call 100 times to wildcraft customer support that I will be out of station from 10th June to 27th June. Still without my consent the delivery company Bluedart delivered the item to someone else. I was shocked to see the mail that the product has been delivered to me which wasn'tpossible. When I complained they took the product and delivered back to wildcraft on 6th of July. Bluedart has given me the webel number through which you can find the product easily, also the receipt of proof which I have mailed it to you. On 9th August wildcraft support mailed me confirming that they have received the product and within 7 days I will get my refund. But no response. After thousands of calls Now after a month I got a mail that the product is delivered to me? Is this a joke ? All proofs I have submitted Even the tickets of travel of me not being in WB. After confirming that you have the product one month later just denying?
