Dear Team,
I had taken bag from the bandra Wildcraft outlet and just within a month's time the bag got spoilt, i went back to show the same at the store. I was told the spoilt part will be repaired. After 10 days i got back the bag with stitches put in the spoilt torn area. Now that repaired part looks so ugly that it doesn't even look like a new bag. It looks like a old bag.
I didn't expect this kind of service from brand name like wild craft, is this what you provide in the name of guarantee and warranty?
I wrote on their Circle email id which says to visit the Store as they resolve only online purchase query
