Dear Wildcraft Customer Service,
I am writing to inform you that I recently purchased two products from your brand, the Innovati jacket, and the Rain Pro jacket, and unfortunately, both products I received were defective. I purchased the products on 25/3/23, and I noticed the defects the very next morning after I received them.
The Innovati jacket has a small hole in the right arm where you can see the material is also shady and the fur was coming out, and the Rain Pro jacket has orange stain marks on the cap. Due to these defects, I have been unable to use the products as intended.
I contacted the store in New Delhi the very next day when I noticed the defects, but they were not able to provide a solution to my issue or simply put the blame on me. I then returned the products to the Jodhpur store on 2 April when I returned from my trip. However, I have not yet received a satisfactory resolution to this matter.
As a renowned brand, I trust that Wildcraft takes customer satisfaction seriously and will work with me to find a satisfactory solution. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in resolving this matter. Please let me know what options are available to me to resolve this issue.
