I bought a Gangotri 65L rucksack in the month of March 2019. I went to Harkidun Trek in the month of May. In the first use only the stitches on the shoulder straps loosened and is about to come off. The back T-ribs got bend and got curved outwards.
I took it to the store in Kolkata where they sent it for analysis and it came back just repairing the back T-board. I asked for the replacement of the product as just using once I am facing such problems but I got the reply from the head office that the product will not be replaced and will only be repaired as it was bought online.
Dear Wildcraft, its a big two faced policy of yours that a person when buys directly from the store, for any problems the item gets replaced instantly while for the online products, those items are not replaced and are only repaired.
Can you tell me why I will take a product which got numerous flaws just in a single use only? Why it will not be replaced? Just I bought it online only?? For that reason?? This is your policy?? I am an avid trekker and have used other rucksacks as well of different brands. Not a single brand has this kind of policy and such a worse after sales service. I will not recommend any product of Wildcraft to anyone after getting this kind of output from you.
See into this matter and get my problem solved as quickly as possible. Otherwise I have to take this complaint to other forums and also have to post this to other trek forums also.
