I came across willora page on facebook & ordered one set of kurtas for rs. 990/ and mode of payment was cash on delivery.. The order number is wrl[protected]. I got message from them that order was confirmed.. After two days again received message from them the order has been dispatched.. I received the package within one week.. When i opened the parcel, i was shocked.. It was totally different from what i had ordered.. Both size and colour as well as material are different from what was shown in the site... I messaged them about this..in reply from willora, they have again asked for the details of my order. Again i have sent those details. After that there is no response from them. I contacted them and they started asking for bank details. They used ecom express for delivery and they were also unhelpful. Ecom they are also not helping and told that we ve no idea but they might have remitted the amount to willora.
Now the facebook page has also been removed. Utterly disgusted at this. Was this information helpful? |
