When I tried to talk in their customer care numbers, generally nobody picked up. But after hundreds of tries perhaps, twice they picked up the call. But the customer care executives were there to abuse the customers instead of doing anything to sort out the issues. I've never heard of worst customer care executive anywhere in the world.
