I purchase one leather jacket
against above mentioned bill details which worth 6999.00, very next day I found
the product damaged as its left pocket was not stitched properly resulting to
that pocket was looking a little torn.
I reported the same to store
manager. He said that right now we don't have sufficient stock and told me to
visit later. When I questioned him regarding time period of exchange of such
product he told me that it can be changed upto next 6 months. And rest of the
staff supported his words. Meanwhile I visited store many times to exchange the
product some times I was told that stock is not updated or its our end of
season sale this time we can't exchange this product, please come to us in
February end by that time we'll have new stocks.
I trusted the manager and brand
value of WILLS.
Finally when I visited store in
February i.e. on 26/02/2015. I got to know that previous store manager has left
the job and now as per company policy product has to be sent for quality check.
I questioned that if this was the procedure why I was not told earlier as I
came to complain very next day.
But they forced me to send the
product for quality check, I gave my product to them for the same. I was asked
to wait for 21 working days and I was told to check the status through customer
care no i.e.[protected]
which never gets connected. I called up store many times for the same and staff
promised that they will inform me as they will get the information. But they
never responded.
Today when I called up for the same
I was informed that the product can't be exchanged and it was damaged due to
mishandling.
My claim is that because of
misleading statements of store manager and staff I am facing this
problem. And if the manager is changed than who should be blamed for such an
unprofessional responses. It's not a fault from customer's end.
They have waisted my time, money and
efforts.they didn't keep their words.
I am not able to check and verify
the status report of quality check because that accessible to staff only. How
can trust such people now.
I registered for a membership card
too on 26/02/2015 and I was told that It will reach to me within one week. But
I didn't get it yet. Now they are telling that card is delivered, I asked for
