A complaint was registered reg very poor quality of belt but it was not attended.
The belt peeled off within one year but the showroom refused to accept as 6 months has passed.
The belt was shown and on refusal a complaint was registered in details with the purchase details but I have not received any information till date. As a member of the esteemed company I presumed that a favourable response would be attached but of no avail.
