Respected Mr. Rajiv, Good Morning Sir! I am trying your customer care more than 20-25 times[protected] but till now there is response now i want i money back. this is too much sir. I gave 3 tops at the Rohini store 3 months back to Mr. Gaurav and Pawan because of pilling in all 3 garments. I was assured of replacement / refund. The branch is now closed and I have no clue how to get the money back. Mr. Vaibhav is the Store Manager. This is too much sir how irresponsible your team members, really bad. I purchased a white PU Jacket with washing instructions printed as machine wash in 30 deg water. I washed it with soft detergent by hand at room temp of 20 degree and the whole thing has cracks all over.
