I was waiting in the support chat open in 5 different browsers with 5 different agents for hours and all of them were either ignoring or replying nonsense.
For example, I asked about my delivery. One of them said it's delivered. Then left me there for half an hour. I asked when exactly was it delivered cuz I paid additionally for early morning delivery. Then after half an hour of waiting he comes back and says "will do the best to deliver it as fast as possible". Man wtf read properly, he just told me it's delivered now he said will do. Now the another one called neha sharma is ignoring me for 7 hours today. I'm just not leaving the chat to give her 1 out of 5 rating but she's probably not leaving on purpose to not let me rate her. Whatever it is, this day was so special for me and I can't even know if the gift I ordered is delivered or not cuz of their ignorance. I have no words Was this information helpful? |
