[Resolved]  Winny Immigration — rude behavior / worst facility / unmannered people

I had opted for canada immigration express entry with winny immigration.. Services are worst paid complete amount asked for refund staff to in mannered not have manners to assist for refund process teaching me the legal action. After making payment i had not gone for ielts coaching not even for 5 days and when i asked for refund they are teaching me non refundable policy..
Ielts staff is full too time pass not interested in teaching mr abhishek kumar manager of surat is the worst guy not at all liable to do his job... Rather restigate him and go for some other manager... He is totally nonsense person without any manners...
Even staff is just interested in making business services are not been provided... Winny staff are saying that ielts faculty was not good prior so have changed the faculty.. I want my money refund...
