I got Selected in the Wipro's Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) - 2023. I got mail from the campus HR team from wipro to upload documents for background verification.
I have filled my personal details in the embark portal. But in the Mobile number column, the details were auto filled. It was filled with my phone number along with the country code in Mobile number column as default, so I couldn't edit it.
It particularly shows the error under mobile number column as "please enter your mobile number", When I click save and next button in personal details section it is showing "please enter mandatory fields" and due to this I am unable to save personal details and proceed to the next section for background verification. In the same section, the gender option is greyed out, hence preventing me from selecting my gender for submission.
I have accepted the letter of authorization (in declaration) on 15 March 2023 and have been facing this issue.
I kindly request you to look into this matter, if possible, edit my mobile number in the mobile number column along with the gender option and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
