Wipro Ge Healthcare Pvt Ltd — Regarding very poor working with logiq P9 ultrasound machine | |||
Before purchasing LOGIQ P9 ultrasound machine we demand a demo from Wipro GE but they are not able to show and convince us to believe in Wipro GE good-will. So in that faith we had purchased a LOGIQ P9 ultrasound machine on 26/12/2019. From the very beginning the machine was showing certain problems regarding image quality, resolution and customization issues. The equipment had working problems soon after the installation. The service team couldn't fix the issues fully. Doctors are trying to believe that those solutions can't be better than that from this machine. After that machine was running on a compromised level with the EMI's of rupees 75000 /- month. But nowadays our radiologists do not want to work with that. They are fed-up with telling and showing such problems every time to resolve by calling your engineers. They don't want to work with us now because of those machine related problems and we suffered heavy financial losses for that reason. Some reviews given by our radiologists Doctors about your LOGIQ P9 machine which are given below : 1. Image resolution is not satisfying. 2. Images are not sharp. 3. Margins of the organs are not well delineated. 4. Far field resolution is horrible. 5. Multiple artifacts are seen. 6. The colour tone of the two images in split screen mode is different 7. Colour uptake is not good 8. Starts hanging and functioning slow 9. Track ball does not function properly at times. We request you to take these issues very seriously and whatever the solution you required please do or else we are ready to volunteer the Wipro GE machine. This has resulted in substantial loss of business for us. till date we are facing too much of problem with the machine and also this letter is was submitting 3rd time. no positive response from wipro Ge. We are fed-up with call log because they didn't give us docket num of our complain instated of that customer care saying our team will contact you. no body contact us from 45 days. What to do now ?
