Wipro — Not getting any response from [protected]@wipro.com regarding withdrawal of pf

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

My employee id was 175675 and I worked in wipro for 4.3 years.I want to withdraw my pf.I sent mail to [protected]@wipro.com but I am not getting any response.Please let me know how to withdraw pf from wipro pf account. My Pf account no KN/11394/106838.
