Wipro — PF related issues

I have sent the form to transfer my pf from old wipro id to new wipro id. I have sent the signed forms as well but it is still not done yet. Its been more than a month. Also the phone numbers given dont work. Either nobody will pick upi your call or will say they are on lunch. Who goes on lunch at 4pm then 5pm. We are not fools. This shows how wipro treat their employees and ex employees. Now after a month when claim transfer approved they are asking me for for 13 which was already sent and seems like they lost it. Everytime som new person will reply and keep giving you lame reasons.
Kindly look into the matter.
