Dear sir,
It is very disgusting that the mother board and battery of my brand new, i repeat, brand new mobile samsunga7 has been replaced without informing me that my new phone has developed an irreparable snag and i shall have to compromise with the duplicate device. Please let me know why should i accept the phone assembled from the spare parts when i have spent so much money for a new phone? You are requested to help me in getting my brand new phone and oblige.
