Wishing One — wrong & duplicate product

I ordered a philips power bank through online shop the site address is www. Wishingone.com, they promise to give the product with free samsung bluetooth on cash on delivery
But i received power bank is duplicate samsung company and bluetooth vivo company and power bank is not working and bluetooth another brand/ used one kindly take the complaint and do the needful, as soon as possible.

I have ordered philips 30000 mah power bank along with samsung bluetooth free.
