I ordered a ethnic kurti about fifteen days ago (Order no.20649, dt. 03.10.2019). They commit me to deliver on 24th october, but still no any information about shipping the order or they are not giving any reply to my e-mails. There contact no. Is also fake nobody answering the call and on their website if you click on contact no they shows 'answer will get you shortly".. This is the message they displays all the time. So such sites on face book must be banned.

Prepaid purchase of Rs.580 on October 3rd 2019. Still didn't receive the order.

I had placed a prepaid order on 2.10.19 then after correspondence on mail, they said order will be dispatched on 18th after which tracking details will be available.
Thereafter no response on mail or site.
Help required on how to recover money.
