[Resolved]  Woods Incorporation — No post-sales service

I had purchased a dining table set & a computer table from Woods Incorporation, Outer Ring Road, Doddabanaswadi, Bangalore-43. The bill is attached to this complaint. Bill date is[protected]. The legs of the dining table chairs are not fixed properly and thus it risks a breakage if we sit. We are able to two only two chairs, the remaining two chairs are not being used as it faces the risk of leg breakage. The computer table's rolling wheel has broken down within a month of purchase. I called the shop 4-5 times and every time they either give a reason for not sending a person to repair it or promise to send a person the next day. The total purchase amount is 11, 250. No post-sales service is being done despite calling up the shop many times asking them to send someone to repair it.
