[Resolved] World Of Titan — Poor customer service | |||
I took my mother to the World of Titan showroom at Kukatpally because she wanted a wrist watch with a dial that clearly showed the hours. She has a narrow wrist and asked the shop attendants for a watch with a narrow strap. Instead of finding what she wanted they repeatedly advised her to take something she clearly did not want. The shop attendants were totally disinterested and unhelpful and acted as if they were doing us a favour. They need appropriate training to provide a better standard of customer service.
