Hi Bought a house at JayaBHARATh Oscar City, The manager, called Karthik is working over there, He is a ###, He never respond to you politely, Initially they promised me to deliver the house by 18th Sep, Now they have delayed it to 15th November, When I went and asked them, They are telling it might get delayed for 3 more days . When I asked for some compensation, They were telling some nonsense stories like, During the pandemic, They got around 8 crore rupees from CUSTOMERs for house booking for 1 year without registration, They haven't paid a single penny as an interest to them . It's their company policy it seems that they don't pay any compensation to their CUSTOMERs . At least polite words ?!! . That's also not there, Pooor CUSTOMER service, Don't book anything there, It's waste of money and time Was this information helpful? |
