I have book 1 unit wtc B tower and it was about to complete by 2018 as the payment is given but still 2021 project is not completed and now the assured return also stop and there is not update form the company about work process of tower Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (3)

On 04.10.2021 I have booked my complaint against WTC on https://pgportal.gov.in ( Portal managed directly by the PMO). It is kindly requested to complain there also so the the voice of many people is heard collectively

THERE IS AGREEMENT BETWEEN GUJARAT INTERNATIOANL FINANCE TEC-CITY COMPANY LIMITED(GIFTCL) A GOVERMENT COMPANY AND DEVELOPER TO SET UP COMMERICAL BUILDING IN THE NAME OF WORLD TRADE CENTER GIFT CITY (as per agreement copy) AND STILL NO ACTION AGAINST THE DEVELPOER AS PROJECT GOT DELAY . WE SHOULD APPROACH GIFTCL TO SLOVE THE MATTER

I too am planning to go RERA court and file a case against wtc as ones person from tower B has won the case and now its sure the company is not going to give assured returns
