I have booked virtual space in WTC Plaza Noida Project in 2013 and it's been 10 years and project have not even started. WTC has not even started the construction. I have paid full amount. They have even stopped giving Annual Return. Recently they have sent Agreement for Sale/Lease on a Plain Paper and not on a Stamp Paper. I have already signed many agreements before.
