1) 11/01/2024 modular kitchen was booked at Wudless office for Rs. 2, 10, 000/-. Same day Rs.1, 00, 000/- advance payment done as per company rule.
2) Committed delivery date provide in the email - 14/02/2024
3) Since items were not received as committed, after follow up on 15/02/2024 got to know that the items were not even ready and yet to be dispatched from main branch.
4) on 15/02/2024, received mail that item is ready for dispatch. We were asked to make full & final payment for item to be dispatched. Also we were informed that items will be directly dispatched at our site and the installation will be completed by 22/02/2024.
5) 16/02/2024 we made the remaining payment of Rs.1, 10, 000/- and asked for the item tracking id.
6) Even after several confirmation over phone that items have been dispatched on 16/02/2024, the tracking id was never provided
7) After escalating the issue at customer care and after several follow ups, on 18/02/2024 the item was dispatched from factory yet the trackid was still not provided.
8) Received the item on 22/02/2024 but the item bill amount was only Rs.1, 85, 000/-. So we followed up on the same and got to know that all the items were not dispatched.
9) Even after several follows, 27/02/2024 we were simply confirmed over phone that items have been dispatched from factory but nethier tracking id nor any details were provided.
10) Thereafter no detail of the remaining items. we continuosly followed up in region as well as main office but no proper response. Then region office informed that item has reached their godown and they we sent it with their technician.
11) Even when installation started, they never sent those remaining items. Everyday I asked regional office to send the remaining items, they always said we will send, but never did. Even the items were not check if all items have been received or not.
12) After so much of push from our end the pending items were sent on 13/03/2024 but the technician did not checked the if now all items have been received or not even when we asked them to.
13) On 14/03/2024 I found that cabinet doors and other items are still missing.
14) On followup again got to know that items were dispatched in 3 parts, 2 are received and 3rd is missing. They will locate and confirm on the same.
15) As neither regional office nor main office were confirming about the missing items, we had to visit regional office on 19/03/2024. We were confirmed that items are in transit and will be received by 22/03/2024. The installation will be completed before Holi - 25/03/2024.
16) Again items were not received by 22/03/2024.
17) I had housewarming on 29/03/2024 which was several times informed to them and still did not complete the kitchen. Several items were missing. We received mail on 28/03/2024 that it will take more 7 to 8 days to receive the pending item.
18) Today is 06/04/2024 and till date the kitchen has not been completed. Items are missing.
