I bought a Kurti from them and I received a call from an executive at 100bestbuy informing me of winning a lucky draw for Lenovo A1000. Normally I wouldn't go for such things however I was offered a cashback of the full amount (11999) on my credit card. After completing the online transaction I did not receive any message from the bank for the cashback therefore I called back the number from which I received the initial call. To my surprise I was informed that the cashback was done on my 100bestbuy account. After a heated argument with the executive I tried buying something from their site using the cashback credit and I was given a discount using the credit (therefore the amount cannot be used to buy stuff instead it is only used to avail discount.). I am not surprised with the modus operandi now since its completely fraudulent. To top it all the goods sold on the website are atleast @ 30-40% premium.
Please help me file a complaint in the consumer court and also criminal court for the ponzie scheme deployed.
